Description: Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms using telemetry
equipment Assess patients’ cardiovascular status and respond to
abnormal findings .Administer medications and treatments per
physician orders and facility protocols .Perform comprehensive
patient assessments and document findings accurately .Collaborate
with physicians, charge nurses, and allied health professionals
Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions, medications,
and care plans Maintain patient safety and comply with hospital
policies and regulatory standards Mandatory Experience: 2 years of
experience required working as Telemetry RN Required: RN License
