Nurse specialized in Neonatal Intensive Care to support a busy
neonatal unit. This contract position offers the chance to
contribute expert care in a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused
on newborn and infant health. Qualifications and Desired
Experience: Registered Nurse (RN) license with Neonatal Intensive
Care Unit (NICU) experience Proficiency in neonatal intubation is
required Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
specific to neonatal care Ability to collaborate effectively with
multidisciplinary healthcare teams Compassionate and attentive to
the unique needs of neonates and their families Location:Position
is located in Los Angeles, CA, a vibrant metropolitan area known
for its diverse population, cultural attractions, and outstanding
medical facilities. Experience living in a city with a rich blend

Responsibilities and Duties: Provide direct patient care to
critically ill neonates in the NICU Perform neonatal intubations
and maintain airway management Monitor vital signs, administer
medications, and develop individualized care plans Communicate
effectively with physicians, respiratory therapists, and families
Maintain detailed documentation and comply with hospital protocols
and safety standards This contract assignment provides the chance
