Job Description Company Description Upscale Reconstructive and Plastic Surgeon in Beverly Hills seeks experienced PCC/Surgical Coordinator. Minimum of 2 solid years of experience as a Plastic Surgery PCC. You will only be contacted if you have 2 years of PCC experience listed on your resume. Do not apply if you do not have this experience. Salary: $28-34/hr. M-F. 9-5. Hours may slightly vary. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Plastic Surgery Surgical Coordinator and Patient Care Coordinator located in Beverly Hills, CA. The primary responsibilities include sales and scheduling of surgical procedures, coordinating pre-operative and post-operative processes, assisting with insurance verification, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, surgeons, and staff. Additionally, the role involves providing exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and needs throughout their surgical journey. You must be kind, compassionate, a natural salesperson, super knowledgeable about plastic surgery and willing to help out wherever necessary. Qualifications Surgery Scheduling and knowledge of Medical Terminology Experience with Insurance Verification processes and protocols Strong Customer Service skills to provide excellent patient care Outstanding Communication skills, both written and verbal Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and standard office software Previous experience in plastic surgery or medical aesthetics is required
