Description Senior Occupational Therapist at Providence St.

Occupational Therapist is a key player in providing exceptional

responsibilities of a staff occupational therapist as well as the

Qualifications: Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy. Upon hire:
California Occupational Therapist License Upon hire: National
Provider BLS - American Heart Association 2 years of related
Experience. Preferred Qualification: 5 years of Clinical

pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
