Job Description A Federally Qualified Health Center in Los
Angeles is looking for a Family Medicine Physician to join their
team. About the Opportunity: - Schedule: Monday-Friday - Hours: 9-5
with one later night per week - Setting: Outpatient primary care -
Patient Population: All ages Responsibilities: - Provide
comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages in an
outpatient community health setting - Perform routine physicals,
preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visit
evaluations - Support underserved and diverse populations with a
focus on access, equity, and continuity of care - Collaborate with
behavioral health, care management, dental, and specialty referral
teams - Maintain accurate documentation and follow quality metrics,
compliance standards, and value-based care goals Qualifications: -
Licensed to practice medicine in the state of California - Board
Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine - Spanish or Korean language
skills desired
