Job Description Primary Care Physician The successful candidate
will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to
elderly patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive
care. Population: Geriatrics Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive medical care to elderly
patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care. -
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for elderly
patients. - Monitor and assess patient progress and modify
treatment plans as needed. - Provide education and counseling to
patients and their families. - Collaborate with other healthcare
professionals to coordinate patient care. - Maintain accurate and
detailed patient records. - Other tasks as assigned Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. - Board
certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Peds, or
Geriatrics. - Current license to practice medicine in the state of
