In this key role, you will\nassist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac and pulmonary\nangiographic procedures. This will include operating digital cine radiographic\nequipment, as well as providing hemodynamic monitoring and scrub assistance on\ndiagnostic and interventional procedures. The Cath Lab Technologist\nwill assist with digital cine acquisition. Perform digital analysis of LV wall\nmotion, coronary artery sizing and stenosis. Perform panning, collimation and\nfiltering. You will rotate within Interventional Cardiology to include\nPediatric Cath, Adult Cath, Peripheral Vascular and Electrophysiology. The position Includes on-call responsibilities with the\nexpectation of a 30 minute response time. *May be required to float to other UCLA Cath Lab\nlocations* Salary Range: $58.74 - $77.50 Hourly Qualifications ARRT license – required CRT license – required CRT Fluoro permit – required\n BCLS certificate from\nAmerican Heart Association or American Red Cross – required At least 6 months in a Cath\nLab, IR suite or similar settings – strongly preferred At least 1 year procedural\nexperience – preferred ARRT CI\n(Cardiac-Interventional) certification – strongly preferred ARRT VI\n(Vascular-Interventional Radiography) certification – strongly preferred STEMI experience – strongly\npreferred Must be able to move over\n35lbs. and wear up to 25lbs. of lead apron Ability to respond\nappropriately to emergency situations
