Registered Nurse (RN) | Utilization Review Location: Los Angeles, CA Agency: GQR Healthcare Pay: $3,539 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Case Manager • Registered Nurse (RN) • Days Location: Los Angeles, CA Job Description: We are seeking a Case Manager • RN to join our team, focusing on patient care coordination and management. This role requires strong communication and multitasking abilities. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate patient care with hospital teams • Review admissions and plan safe discharges. • Collaborate on post discharge care and facility transfers. • Manage 15•20 adult patient cases. • Perform case management and utilization review. Schedule: • 13•week contract, 40 hours/week • Day shifts: 8:30 am • 4:00 pm • Alternating Wednesday•Sunday schedule Requirements: • Active CA RN License • BLS and LA County Fire Card • 1 year of case management and 2 years of RN experience • Inpatient and utilization review experience • COVID vaccination required Additional Information: • No float or on•call duties • Up to 4 days RTO • Orientation every Monday • Local travelers welcome Work Environment: • Scrub Color: Royal/Navy Blue • PPE provided, onsite fit testing • On•site parking • EMR: Epic Join us to enhance patient outcomes through effective case management.
