Job Description In-Person | School-Aged Caseload | Los Angeles, CA About the Opportunity We are seeking a passionate and motivated Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) to join our team for a HYBRID in-person school-based role and/or in-home EI role in Los Angeles AND online via telehealth . This is an excellent opportunity for a developing clinician to gain hands-on experience with various populations, receive high-quality supervision, and make a meaningful impact on individuals’ communication and academic success. Key Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy to school-aged students with a variety of communication needs Conduct assessments, write reports, and contribute to IEP development and/or TBI recovery Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, case managers, neurologists and families Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities Work under the guidance of a licensed SLP supervisor to meet all CF-SLP requirements Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Eligible for or currently pursuing Clinical Fellowship (CF) Meets requirements for California state licensure and/or CSHA/SLPAHADB standards (or eligibility) Passion for working with school-aged children and supporting diverse learners Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills What We Offer Supportive, experienced SLP supervision throughout your CF year Competitive compensation Professional development opportunities Access to therapy materials and assessment tools A collaborative, mission-driven school team environment Location In-person school site and/or in-home in Los Angeles, CA (specific placements available based on fit and need).
