$232,960-$290,000 based on experience - Yearly bonuses based on

adult and/or pediatric patients - Collaborate with an integrated
care team to support the physical, mental, and emotional well-being
of patients - Our patient population is comprised mostly of limited
English-proficient immigrants from China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and
Taiwan. - Spanish or Mandarin or Cantonese fluency required for
this role - Role may require travel between clinics in El Sereno,
El Monte, and City of Industry, all within 15 min of each other -
