Job Description:
Job Description The Jane Anne Nohl Division of Hematology and
Center for the Study of Blood Diseases of the Keck School of
Medicine of the University of Southern California seeks new Nurse
Practitioner, faculty member with a major focus on non-
malignant/malignant Hematology/BMT/ or Allogeneic Stem Cell
transplantation. Supported by a $58 million endowment, the Division
is experiencing significant growth and expansion of its activities.

certification, NP licensure, and a DEA license. Successful
candidates will receive competitive compensation and an appointment
in the Department of Medicine at the appropriate academic level
(Clinical Instructor of Medicine – Nurse Practitioner), with salary
commensurate with experience and accomplishments. Responsibilities
include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams under the
direction of a supervising physician to provide comprehensive care
for patients on the inpatient hematology service (including benign
and malignant hematology and autologous stem cell transplant
patients). Duties involve multidisciplinary care coordination,
treatment, education, monitoring, and communication with patients,
consulting physicians, and team members. The advance practice
provider will also perform bone marrow biopsies and administer
