Job Description We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as a vital liaison supporting families, schools, and ABA teams. Lead post-diagnostic parent meetings, provide ongoing communication, and assist with treatment planning. Act as a school liaison, facilitating communication, transitions, and coordination with educators and administrators. Support client transitions, including school-to-clinic changes and service start-ups. Supervise practicum students from Indiana University School of Social Work (training provided). Assist families with community resources and service navigation. Qualifications include Indiana LCSW licensure, experience in school social work or behavioral health preferred, and strong communication skills. The role offers a salary of $70,000–$80,000, flexible hours (32–40/week), and options for full-time or part-time work.
