Job Description Mountainside Medical Center, in partnership with Mountainside Medical Group, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Orthopedic Surgeon to join our growing team in Montclair, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive orthopedic care for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including fractures, joint replacement, sports injuries, and degenerative diseases. Perform surgical procedures in state-of-the-art operating suites equipped with advanced imaging and navigation technologies. Collaborate with primary care physicians, physical therapists, radiologists, and other specialists to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, educational programs, and community outreach events, as desired. Foster strong relationships with referring providers and community partners. ? Ideal Candidate Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery Fellowship-trained candidates in subspecialties (sports medicine, total joints, trauma, hand, etc.) are encouraged to apply Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the state of New Jersey Excellent clinical and interpersonal communication skills Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care ?
