Job Summary and Responsibilities Northridge Hospital Medical Center is seeking a per diem Board-Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to join our inpatient rehabilitation service at Northridge Hospital Medical Center. - 100% Inpatient PM&R practice at a single hospital - Per Diem opportunity with flexible scheduling Alternating weekend coverage as needed - Join a tenured, multispecialty medical group established in 1976 - Work alongside experienced PM&R physicians in a collegial, team-based environment - Collaborate with a full interdisciplinary rehabilitation team (PT, OT, SLP, nursing, case management, and social work) - Experience with spinal cord injury rehabilitation is preferred - Opportunity to participate in quality improvement and program development within a CARF-accredited setting Compensation Details - $1,560 per 8-hour shift (non-benefited, per diem) - Flexible scheduling within a supportive, collaborative environment Job Requirements - Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) - Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation - Active California Medical License (or ability to obtain) - DEA certification (or eligibility) - Prior inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred - Experience with spinal cord injuries highly desirable - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Commitment to patient-centered, mission-driven care Where You'll Work Dignity Health Medical Group – Northridge , a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is a well-established, physician-led medical group providing high-quality medical services to patients in Southern California.
