Job Description:

Join the highly regarded faciity at Tarzana, CA, as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist . This role is based in a busy outpatient cardiology clinic, specializing in advanced nuclear imaging and diagnostic services. You’ll work with state-of-the-art technology alongside a skilled healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures including SPECT scans for bone, brain, liver, renal, and parathyroid studies. Conduct myocardial perfusion imaging using pharmacological stress agents (e.g., Lexiscan) for outpatient cardiac diagnostics. Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with established protocols. Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment including GE, Philips, and Siemens systems. Draw venous blood as required for specific procedures. Ensure proper documentation of procedures and maintain compliance with all applicable safety standards. Participate in outpatient stress tests and cardiac studies. Required Qualifications: Certifications: CNMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist) – Required NMTCB – Required BLS (AHA or Red Cross) – Required ARRT (N) – Preferred ACLS – Preferred Experience: Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine experience (New graduates welcome to apply) Proficiency with outpatient cardiac stress testing – Preferred Familiarity with Epic charting system – Preferred Pending License: Accepted, but must be active within 4 weeks of submission.
