Job Title: Sterile Processing Technician (SPT) – OBGYN Clinic (Outpatient) Location: Los Angeles, CA Job Type: Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time (Day Shift: 5x8-Hour, 07:30 – 18:30) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Technician (SPT) to support outpatient OBGYN procedures. This position is focused on sterilizing instruments used in-office (no surgeries). Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience and a strong understanding of sterilization protocols and OB/GYN setups. Key Responsibilities: Sterilize and inspect OB/GYN procedural instruments using autoclave and other techniques Assemble and disassemble surgical trays per manufacturer’s IFU and content lists Maintain cleanliness and order of assigned sterile processing area Submit documentation for missing, damaged, or replacement instruments Ensure compliance with aseptic techniques and proper labeling protocols Process scopes and hysteroscopes as needed
