Job Description:
A company is looking for a Training Specialist to design and
deliver training programs for clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clients and
internal teams
Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and
online resources
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate users
on product features and best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Training & Development, Healthcare
Management, or a related field
Proven experience as a Training Specialist or similar role in the
healthcare or technology industry
Strong understanding of training methodologies and tools
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic
environment
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a
plus
