As a Physical Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, assessing their functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals, incorporating evidence-based interventions, exercises, and manual techniques.
• Implement treatment plans effectively, providing hands-on therapy and guidance to patients to facilitate functional improvement and pain management.
• Educate patients on self-management techniques, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies to enhance their recovery and prevent recurrence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports to track treatment outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
• Direct and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and/or Aides in delivering patient care, providing guidance and support as needed.Benefits:
