• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
• ACLS and BLS required
• 1 - 3 patients per day
• EVH (Maquet Vasoview 2), open vein harvesting, first and second assisting, arterial lines & more
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
