Job Description:
*Title: *Travel Registered Nurse - Home Health*Location: *Santa
Rosa, CA*Duration: *13 Week Contract (Possible Extension)*Schedule:
*Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)*Guaranteed hours:* 40 Hours Per
Week*Job Description:*Responsible for delivering high-quality
nursing care to patients.Monitor and record vital signs, such as
blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.Perform routine assessments
and document changes in residents' conditions.Collaborate with RNs,
Nurse Managers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to
develop and implement individualized care plans.Participate in
ongoing training and professional development activities.Current
and valid RN license in the state of practice.Previous experience
in a Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation or similar
healthcare setting is required.Pay: $2,900.00 per weekSupplemental
