In the role of a Radiology Technologist I at Sollis Health, you will be responsible for the operation of our X-ray equipment and ensuring patients that have Radiology needs are having a high-level, hospitality experience. You will also cover the front desk welcoming our members and creating a memorable experience as you take them through our intake and checkout process. You will also be trained and certified on how to run lab testing in a moderate to complex lab and support our medical teams, when needed.Per Diem -M-F 7am - 7pm, Sa/Sun, 8am - 5pmResponsibilities Specifically, your duties will include:Receiving and reviewing the physician's request for radiographic procedures and identifying the patient prior to conducting scansPerforming x-rays on a variety of body parts utilizing the appropriate equipment and established standards and proceduresProducing films of the X-ray and providing it to the requesting physicianEnsuring images are legibly labeled with correct date and patient identificationMonitoring the patient's well-being and recognizes patient discomfort or medical problems and takes appropriate actionRunning laboratory tests on our moderate to complex machines, and helps to perform routine QC's and other lab requirementsUtilizing our EMR for scheduling, patient intake, registration updates, scanning document, and enter detailed information about the patients ensuring all information is HIPPA compliantEntering membership leads and updating patient information in our CRM SalesforceKeeping the office space and the entire clinic clean and presentable meeting Sollis brand standards, and distributing mail and facilitating mailing items to membersChecking inventory, ensuring rooms have adequate supplies, restocking where needed and partnering with the inventory coordinator to order more supplies as neededGreeting members/patients ensuring they receive a high-level of customer serviceScheduling follow up appointments for medical evaluations, vaccinations or house callsAnswering the Sollis medical hotline as needed and directing patients to the appropriate team members for their medical care, billing questions or other needsPreparing house call bags and scheduling appointments as requestedPerforms other job-related duties as assignedExperienceWe believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program requiredCurrent California State Department of Health licensure as a Radiologic Technologist, requiredAmerican Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration, requiredMust have at least 1 year of experience utilizing X-Ray technologyExtraordinary organizational and project management skills; comfortable with Excel and Google sheets imperativeUrgent care experience, strong plusSkillsTo be successful in this role, candidates will demonstrate the following:Have outstanding customer service skills and a high level of professionalismTech-forward and process oriented, with a goal of making patient care more efficientComfortable interfacing with high profile clienteleEnjoy a diverse and fast paced work environmentBe a team playerBe self-motivated, keen attention to detail and have solid organization/time management skillsTreat highly confidential information with care and discretionHave the ability to develop rapport in all relationshipsBe flexible, tactful, and patient, especially under pressurePossess positivity, enthusiasm, and commitment to the goals at handRange: $45-$51 per hourThis is the anticipated rate/range Sollis Health reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position in Southern California. Sollis is a multi-state employer and this rate/range may not reflect the pay for positions that are performed solely in localities outside of this location.
