This opportunity is with a well respected mid-sized firm that has multiple office locations across the state. The firm's primary focus is the representation of individual providers, hospitals, acute and long term care facilities across the spectrum of healthcare law including:

• Professional Negligence & Liability
• Regulatory Compliance
• Product Liability
• Catastrophic Personal Injury/Wrongful Death
• Medical Malpractice
• Elder Abuse
• Employment Law
• General Business Litigation
• General Liability
• Public Entity DefenseThe partners are seeking individuals with a career history that demonstrates interest and success healthcare litigation and the desire to work across many areas of healthcare law. Interested candidates must have at least 7 years of previous experience in healthcare law, professional liability, insurance defense, product liability, public . You will have autonomy to work on cases independently from inception to close and also work collaboratively with other associates and partners. The firm also has an active trial practice. This is a full-time direct hire position with a hybrid work schedule, reasonable billable requirement, annual bonuses and excellent benefits.
