arrived for a NICU Registered Nurse. This opportunity is located in
the sunny area of California, just outside of the Los Angeles
area.With over 1,600 births per year, this state-of-the-art
facility has been accredited by The Joint Commission. Additionally,
this impressive 300+ licensed hospital bed facility was awarded a
2020 HealthGrade award, ranking them as one of the top 250
hospitals in the country. The NICU Registered Nurse will have the
opportunity to work for a non-profit medical center that is focused
on the community patient population and has been accredited by The
Joint Commission. The NICU Registered Nurse will be working in a
level II neonatal intensive care unit, this NICU unit has 17
patient beds.The Registered NICU Nurse will have experience in a
level II neonatal unit. This qualified professional will frequently
work with Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Vocational Nurses,
nursing students, and logistic techs. The NICU RN will be great at
communicating care and patient treatment information to the LVN,
CNA, or nursing student. The NICU Registered Nurse will demonstrate
the hospitals values and participate in the hospital-wide
performance improvement program. The Registered NICU Nurse will
also be in communication with a multidisciplinary team, including;
physicians, respiratory therapists, social workers, pharmacists,
and dieticians.The NICU Registered Nurse will have plenty of
extra-curricular activities to choose from in this popular area of
California. With being just outside of the LA area, this RN will be
able to stay away from the traffic but still enjoy life in the
Sunshine State. There are great restaurants, coffee shops, hiking
trails, great schools nearby, and many more activities.The NICU
