Job Description:

The Technical Lead has end-to-end accountability of the build, test, and support of the salesforce applications in the Customer Commercial area. This includes supporting product innovations, reviewing user stories, coding to deployment, through to user support. The Technical Lead will be part of an agile team including both employees and contractors (on and off-shore) in strong cross-functional collaboration with Directors, Architects, the Integration team, and other technical teams.Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, program, debug and modify software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked or Internet-related computer programs. (Code must be used in the core version of applications available for sale commercially.)
  • Participate in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements.
  • Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
  • Write code, complete programming, and perform testing and debugging of applications using current programming languages and technologies.
  • Complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
  • Train and communicate with internal Client Training, Client Relationship, and Sales teams on systems application.
  • May deliver informational and decision-seeking presentations to technical and business groups to internal and/or external audiences.Qualifications:
    • 10+ years of IT experience
    • 7-8 years of SFDC experience
    • Must have Service Cloud experience
    • Must have Lightning knowledge
    • Must have Apex/Visualforce experience
    • Good to have Health Cloud experience.
    • Thorough knowledge of Salesforce. Well versed in configuration, customization, and integration
    • Hands-on experience on Service Cloud
    • Experience with configuration and customization using SFDC
    • Good communication skills
    • Good knowledge of Salesforce.com Governor limits
    • Lightning UI, Apex, Data Model skills
    • Should Collaborate with offshore team
    • Coordinate with customer, product vendors, and other stakeholders in the IT Teams
