40% Clinical / 60% Administrative / NextGen EMRP.A.C.E. Provides: 2
Meals Per Day For Patients / Roundtrip Transportation to Facility /
Social & Interactive Activities / Physical, Occupational & Aqua
Therapy?Onsite: Behavioral Health / Podiatry / Acupuncture /
Pharmacy / Blood Lab / X-Ray / Dentistry ?Support Staff: LVN / RN /
Registered Dietitian / Social Worker / Medical Assistants / Center
Manager?Regular Individual Comprehensive Patient Review by
Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) - Comprised of PCP, Nursing Staff,
Therapists, Nutritionists & Social Workers ?Program Includes At
Home Care for Qualifying PatientsWork Schedule: 40 Hours Per Week /
M-F 8am 5pm with No Weekend Coverage!?Minimal Call?5-7 Patients Per
Day?Total Patient Panel of ?Patient Follow-up Every 6 Weeks
Employed Salary: $240K $260K Based Upon Years of Experience + Year
