Job DescriptionSummary/ObjectiveThe Manager, Reporting & Analysis is an excellent communicator and critical thinker with the ability to speak and write clearly and concisely. A quick learner demonstrating an aptitude for application of new ideas, the successful candidate is a self-starter who can accomplish tasks and assigned projects with little supervision, while prioritizing competing demands under the direction of different executives. Extremely organized, the Manager, Reporting & Analysis must consistently exhibit relentless attention to detail and a “can do” attitude. Essential Job Functions: · Manage, develop and deliver reoccurring and one-off reports to management across multiple divisions. · Interpret data accurately and produce clear and comprehensive graphics, tables, and presentations for diverse internal and external audiences. · Lead ideation and development of visual and analytical tools (leveraging Excel and other recommended resources), resulting in actionable insights to evolve business practices. · Deliver reports and insights to enhance performance criteria of call center operations. · Perform labor analysis and cost projections to quantify the impact of special projects.· Generate proof-of-performance and other needed reporting for various media campaigns.· Summarize reports from various research subscriptions and in-house data sources.· Derive actionable insights and proactively communicate key findings.· Maintain sound understanding of technology landscape and tools to design and deliver solutions to business units.Requirements· BA/BS degree required. Finance, Economics, Business, or Information Technology disciplines preferred. · 1-2 years of experience specifically handling reporting and analysis.· Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills required· Knowledge of advertising/media industry and basic accounting principles a big plus· Proven experience with information management and relational data concepts· Ability to research and analyze data from internal and external sources· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity· Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills· Must be team-oriented and able to handle multiple assignments and be deadline oriented· Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to execute and follow-through to completion and documentation· Effective presentation, analytical, and research skillsCompensation & Benefits· Salary commensurate with experience· Health Benefits including medical, vision, life and dental· Paid Time Off· Fun, energizing work environmentConsumer Attorney Marketing Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
