Rula is a remote-first company. We currently hire in most U.S. states, with the exception of Hawaii. About the Role We’re seeking a Sr. Strategic Finance Manager to guide how Rula grows. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to shape growth strategy, evaluate trade-offs, and develop strategic forecasting. You’ll be responsible to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights, while balancing short-term efficiency with long-term impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced collaborative environment, navigating ambiguity, and shaping strategic decisions. Required Qualifications 7 years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, FP&A, or related roles Proven experience informing growth or go-to-market strategy through financial analysis Experience building and owning scenario-based topline forecasts Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including financial modeling and scenario analysis Ability to clearly communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-finance stakeholders Preferred Qualifications While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. Strong understanding of unit economics, including LTV, CAC, payback analysis, and cohort analyses Background in a high-growth or scaling company Experience in a healthcare services or marketplace businesses Prior experience in Investment Banking, Private equity, or Consulting Experience partnering closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, or GTM teams We're serious about your well-being!
