Key Responsibilities
Manage world-class clients and their brands, ensuring their needs
and expectations are met
Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams throughout the
design process, fostering creativity and collaboration
Set the creative direction for projects, ensuring alignment with
clients' brand guidelines and driving innovation
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Product or UX Design, with at least 4
years in creative leadership roles
Proven ability to lead complex programs and deliver high-impact
solutions for clients
Experience in developing digital design systems and visual identity
frameworks
Strong UX background with a focus on usability and strategic
product thinking
Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills, fostering talent
development within teams
