Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Account Director.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee multiple client service teams, ensuring client
expectations are met and exceeded
Drive organic growth within existing clients and prospect for new
clients while contributing to proposal development
Lead hiring, training, and performance evaluations of direct
reports, while aligning departmental needs with business
objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; CMPP and master's degree in a related
field preferred
Seven plus years of relevant job experience in medical
communications
Senior leadership experience in medical affairs and publications
with the ability to manage multiple direct reports
Oncology or hematology experience preferred
Extensive management experience with multidisciplinary teams and
proven business development skills
