A company is looking for a Manager Engineering (Retail).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the development and implementation of long-term
architecture software strategies aligned with company
objectives
Manage internal stakeholders and evaluate staff performance for
professional development
Lead the hiring, coaching, and retention of top-tier talent to
build a high-performing team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
4+ years of data engineering/IT/Project Management experience,
including at least 2 years in management
2+ years leading small to mid-size projects using Project
Management methodologies
2+ years of hands-on experience in software development and
database management
4-5 years' experience with databases like Microsoft SQL Server and
working with large data sets
