Job Description:
A company is looking for an Advocate Lifecycle Manager to lead
the non-clinical journey of their advocate team.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full operational lifecycle of advocates from onboarding to
off-boarding
Design and improve onboarding programs, tools, and resources for
advocates
Develop systems for ongoing engagement, performance, and advocate
satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MPH, or related advanced degree
preferred
Minimum 5 years experience in a relevant operational role; prior
startup experience preferred
Experience developing a data framework for monitoring goals and
KPIs
Proven ability to implement scalable, people-centered processes and
systems
Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and clinical
teams
