Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Total Rewards and
Technology to lead the design and delivery of total rewards and HR
technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a competitive total rewards strategy aligned
with business goals
Own compensation and equity design, including merit-based models
and job-leveling frameworks
Lead the design and implementation of innovative benefits programs
and people analytics functions
Required Qualifications
12+ years of leadership experience in Total Rewards, HR Technology,
or People Operations
Deep expertise in Workday, particularly in compensation and
benefits modules
Proven success in designing self-insured healthcare programs and
401(k) strategies
Experience with equity strategy and executive compensation
design
Strong analytical mindset with experience using people data for
strategic decisions
