A company is looking for an Absence Management Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Investigates claim issues and provides resolutions within
guidelines
Interprets contract provisions and accurately codes system
fields
Coordinates with departments to facilitate claims transition and
return to work
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred)
Experience with Microsoft Office
Customer service experience and orientation
Ability to develop proficiency in relevant products and systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and
multi-task
