Executive Recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Executive Talent Acquisition Partners
for executive-level searches
Manage full-cycle executive search processes and ensure a
high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers
Build strong relationships with senior leaders and optimize
recruiting processes for efficiency and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years in
executive recruiting
Proven experience managing an executive recruiting team
Strong track record of advising senior business leaders on hiring
outcomes
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and executive
search methodologies
