Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Technical Account
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best
practices while assisting in establishing a Wiz Center of
Excellence
Contribute to sessions aimed at helping customers unlock the full
value of the Wiz platform and run community-based engagement
opportunities
Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to resolve technical
escalations and advocate for customer needs cross-functionally
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as
Technical Account Manager or Customer Success Engineer
A willingness to learn about cloud and cyber security
technologies
Understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best
practices
Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and
Kubernetes
B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or
equivalent experience
