Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Inbound Retention Sales
(Remote - Weekend Shift).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team to exceed 60% monthly retention with a
targeted book size of 90+ accounts
Assist with onboarding, hiring, and developing team members through
regular feedback and coaching
Manage team performance and improve efficiency by identifying areas
for improvement in processes
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in developing and motivating a team focused
on acquisition or retention metrics
Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience
required
Experience in selling digital products to SMBs is preferred but not
required
Ability to handle tough conversations with clients and team members
professionally
Proficiency with internal systems such as Admin, SFDC, Calabrio,
and Twilio
