This role is responsible for the management, support, and oversight of Information Technology services in the SoPac region. This is a full-time position, with strong customer service orientation and living within the region required.Primary responsibilities:

  • Primary liaison for the region, ensuring compliance with IT Policies, Procedures, and Standards
  • Point person for regional communication and change management
  • Deliver training and education to end users on technology best practices as needed
  • Manage copiers and printers
  • Configuration and operational support (scan to email/file/OneDrive/PrinterLogic)
  • Collaboration with regional yard for purchase and/or lease
  • Manage and develop IT Services Specialist direct reports
  • Manage PC builds and support
  • Ensure on time PC deployments for all new hires and computer upgrades while adhering to company build standards
  • Ensure PC upgrades adhere to company lifecycle standard
  • Manage level 3 tickets and adhere to SLA's
  • Perform onsite visits to regional offices and project sites on a regular basis
  • Responsible for managing technology of all current and new office spaces, including A/V
  • Collaborate with Regional Business Systems Analysts to ensure efficient/impactful interactions with project teams
  • Project start-up, moves & closeout
  • Collaborate with preconstruction and operations teams to understand technology requirements upon request
  • Work with the network team to ensure network services and hardware are delivered, installed and configured at the project
  • Responsible for hiring and supervising subcontractors to install low voltage cabling
  • Procurement of additional hardware (displays, wall mounts, workstations, etc.)
  • Responsible for technology coordination with Colocation and JV partnerships
  • Responsible for supervision of contract IT services
  • Responsible for regional IT asset lifecycle management
  • Manage IT Asset inventory from procurement to retirement
  • Coordinate PC & network gear billing for projects and offices
  • Responsible for coding and approving vendor invoices
  • Primary liaison with HR for onboarding and offboarding employees
  • Terminations - PC wipe, data recovery/preservation and redistribution
  • New hires - maintain visibility to all incoming new hires and ensure delivery of technology prior to start date
  • Respond to legal discovery / preservation requests as neededQualifications/Skills Required:
    • 3 - 5 years of previous IT and/or McCarthy business operations management experience recommended
    • Associates or Bachelor's degree in related field recommended
    • Experience with construction related applications preferred
    • High level of professionalism
    • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with people at all levels in the organization, both inside and outside of technology
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Collaborative attitude with the ability to work independently and meet delivery deadlines
    • Strong organizational capabilities with a drive for continuous improvementSalary depends upon experience.
