Job Description:
This is a newly-created position and will support the recruiting
and hiring for all corporate openings at the company. The TA
Manager will handle full-cycle recruiting across departments like
finance, marketing, HR, legal, R+D, and more. The TA Manager will
also support the summer internship program. Client DetailsOur
client is a high-growth food and beverage company. They have
locations across the U.S. and Canada. This position reports into
the Los Angeles office in Culver City twice a week. The role
reports into the Director of TA and does not have direct reports.
Description
- Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract
and retain top talent, including creating job descriptions,
identifying sourcing channels, and leveraging data to optimize
recruitment processes.
- Oversee the entire hiring process, from screening resumes and
conducting interviews to coordinating with hiring managers and
making final hiring decisions, ensuring a smooth and efficient
experience for candidates and the organization.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential candidates,
industry professionals, and recruitment agencies to build a strong
talent pool for current and future hiring needs, and to proactively
address talent gaps.
- Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to
recruitment, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate
satisfaction, and use these insights to improve recruitment
strategies and processes.Profile
- Must be able to go into the Culver City office at least twice a
week.
- Must have experience recruiting for corporate positions.
- Must have full-cycle recruitment experience. Job Offer
- $85K - $115K base salary depending on candidate's
experience.
