This role presents a unique opportunity to train and mentor veterinary technicians, guiding them in developing the necessary skills and expertise for a successful career in animal care.VCA Veterinary Specialists of the Valley is seeking an RVT/VTS ER/ICU Training Director to complement our talented emergency medicine team in Woodland Hills, California. We have a full-time, 10hr shift position available, day, evening and/or overnight with the flexibility to work at least one weekend shift.Job Purpose: This position involves training technical staff at a single hospital location, adhering to the principles of Quality, Responsibility, Mutuality, Efficiency, and Freedom.
