Senior Director of Customer Excellence Northridge, CA First years comp package up to $250k (base AND bonus) with exceptional benefits Reporting to the GM/VP this individual is responsible for strategically driving all aspects of customer adoption from concept through effective replenishment management. Work closely with commercial team to identify potential customers to aid in company s short and long-term goals. This position oversees Directors of Project Management and Client Services. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or business related background
15+ years in progressive leadership roles in Consumer Products; preferably in cosmetics OTC process manufacturing in high volume, complexity environment
Proven results in establishing effective customer relationships, inventory management and cost improvement and S&OP
10 years' experience in budget management, project prioritization and resource allocation.
Experience in reviewing pricing and cost structure/roll up with clients or suppliers. Presenting prices increases.
Ability to lead, think strategically, set & achieve objectives, and influence organizational change. Strong time-management, organizational, planning people and leadership skills.
Demonstration of a sense of urgency in achieving goals, contributing to business objectives, and responding to company needs.
