• Lead the finance team (4) in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and profitability.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee cash flow management, including monitoring liquidity and optimizing working capital.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support strategic initiatives and drive operational efficiency.
• Lead the annual audit process and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors.
• Stay informed of changes in accounting regulations and standards, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. (Apparel or CPG experience required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus.
