Your role:The Director of Implementationwill be responsible for owning the strategy and development of a robust onboarding and implementation playbook for all HopSkipDrive clients. You will be involved in the sales process beginning with contract negotiations and will work closely with our legal, sales, marketing, other client experience teams, and product teams to build a bespoke but scalable implementation solution that supports clients and helps them quickly ramp with HopSkipDrive. You have a bias to action, love helping people, and are excited to mentor and build a team. You must have a knack for consultative sales, be able to communicate well, both verbally and in writing, and bring a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience. As this is a new role at HopSkipDrive you need to bring an entrepreneurial mindset and love to take on new challenges. This role will report to the VP of Safety & Experience.What you'll do:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation process, collaborating closely with internal teams, clients, and partners to deliver exceptional results
  • Develop and execute comprehensive implementation strategies, encompassing project scoping, resource allocation, timeline management, and communication plans
  • Lead the existing implementation team- setting and owning implementation goals and KPIs for the team
  • Be the client experience stakeholder in all market expansion discussions
  • Partner with the sales and client insights teams during contract negotiations
  • Evaluate client requirements, business processes, and technical specifications to design customized implementation plans that align with individual needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer experience, to ensure seamless integration of our solutions and drive continuous improvement
  • Work closely with clients to improve launch timeline and help clients ramp to forecasted volume
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners on a range of initiatives to enhance the client experience and increase the adoption of our products
  • Map out the client journey within your scope to ensure all critical points have a plan and stakeholder
  • Up to 50% of travel required for key implementations or early critical interventions What you'll need:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 7+ years experience in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment; start-up experience preferred
    • Creative and strategic thinker who has a proven ability to see the big picture
    • Ability to work with a wide variety of people- both internally and externally; incredibly cross-functional
    • Sound understanding of implementation methodologies in a transactional/services business, project management principles, and best practices
    • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables
    • An exceptional player/coach people leader with a demonstrated capacity to hire, coach, and manage a diverse and highly talented group of individuals; experience managing remote teams preferred
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset. Manages ambiguity, exhibits courage, can work effectively with and influence different levels of the organization and across business lines cross-functionally
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Microsoft PowerPoint
    • Experience with SalesForce, Kustomer, or similar CRM preferred

HopSkipDrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $140,000 year. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skill set and specific work location.
