This is a unique opportunity for a financial expert who is ready to take the helm of a multifaceted role that combines strategic planning, budgeting, and financial analysis. This position requires a hands-on leader who will provide financial insights, drive business performance, and influence strategic decision-making across the organization. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.2. Generate comprehensive financial reports and present findings to senior management, providing strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.3. Analyze complex financial data and extract relevant insights to support business decisions.4. Conduct variance analysis to understand trends, risks, and opportunities in the business.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and profitability.6. Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards using Power BI to provide real-time visibility into business performance.7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.8. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or a CPA is highly desirable.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis 3. At least 3 years of public accounting experience.4. Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.5. Extensive experience with financial modeling and forecasting.6. Expert knowledge of Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.7. Excellent leadership and team management skills.8. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.10. Demonstrated ability to influence strategic direction and drive business performance.
