Job Description:
District Manager IPosition's primary responsibility will be
interfacing with the selling staff at our key independent dealers
in the Southern California providing training, merchandising,
programming updates and being the face of
Electrolux/Frigidaire/Vintec in the marketplace. This position will
also have responsibility for managing existing smaller dealers that
have growth potential while interfacing with Electrolux Operations,
Accounting, Logistics, Marketing and other internal EMA teams to
drive profitable sales. This person will work hand in hand with
three Key District Managers in implementing our go-to-marketing
strategies which will help develop this individual for increased
responsibility and career advancement.What you'll do:--- Provide
"Best in Class" store servicing relating to product presentation,
signage, flooring etc.--- Develop, Present and Manage sales
strategies to grow the direct accounts you will be responsible for.
---- Coordinate & oversee training efforts for retail sales teams.
- Inspire salespeople to believe in Electrolux Brands entire line
of brand products.--- Work collaboratively with the EMA District
Managers in SoCal to execute their "Go-to-Market" strategies with
their Key Accounts in the marketplace. ---- Attend key business
meetings with Key dealers and the DM's to provide in field
insights.--- Develop promotional plans with EMA Merchandising team
to maximize sales return.--- Work closely with customer
stakeholders to improve key strategic metrics with goal of
improving point of sale, customer reviews, product availability,
delivery, after market care, and returns/damages.--- Closely manage
open order report to ensure backorders are caught up quickly, sales
are maximized & consumers are satisfied with lead times.--- Work
with Credit/AR to communicate accurate & timely communication of
necessary transactional documentation.--- Develop presentations,
both internal and customer focused that communicate our ideas and
positions in a clear and persuasive manner. ---- Perform additional
duties as assigned.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:--- Bachelor's degree
required.--- 1-3 years sales experience in retail with assisted
selling floor environments preferred.--- High Energy Level with
ability to spend extended time in their vehicle.--- Understanding
that this position is built for career growth with EMA in 1-3
years.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS--- Strong communication and
presentation skills (written and oral) - ---- Proven analytical and
problem-solving skills.--- Good basic knowledge of product
development processes, advertising, marketing and sales--- Proven
competency in MS Office Applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel
and Word ---- Capable of setting priorities, meeting pre-determined
deadlines and multi-tasking--- Basic understanding of Digital
Marketing--- Basic Understanding of MerchandisingREQUIRED
