Global Food Manufacturer seeks a Senior HR Manager to join their
In this role , the SR HRM will formulate partnerships across the HR
function to deliver value added service to management and employees
that reflect the business objectives of the organization,

--- Generate metrics to drive workforce decisions, forecasting
capabilities and strategic insights.
--- Develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at
generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals as well
as fill pipelines to account for possible turnover.
--- Develop meaningful and actionable workforce plans to
proactively identify issues in the areas of turnover, diversity,
absenteeism, and performance management.
--- Oversee the administration of compensation, benefits, and
leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations;
performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and
occupational health and safety; and training and development.
--- Collaborate with leadership to understand the organization's
goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and

WHAT YOU BRING
--- 5-7 years Human Resources of progressive experience in a
--- Bachelor's degree (B.A) in Human Resources, Business
Management, or related degree
--- PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred.
--- Bi-lingual English / Spanish required
--- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit
--- Knowledge of ADP Workforce a plus
--- Strong project management experience
--- Strong knowledge of California employment and labor law
