Inc. has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Real Estate
Manager to join our team! This individual will create and maintain
value in real estate property consistent with the owner's
objectives with the highest standard of professional ethics. This
position is fully remote and will assist in managing a portfolio of
100,000 - 500,000 sf. Some things you can expect to do:
- Create opportunities for expanding client business
- Manage relationships with building principals, focusing on
tenant satisfaction and lease renewal
- Implement budget to meet owner financial expectations
- Meet monthly reporting deadlines with well-executed narrative
and variance explanation
- Responsibly manage the aesthetic and operational aspects of the
asset through regular inspections and reporting
- Schedule regular property inspections to target areas for
improvement
- Work to assure optimal leasing exposure by collaborating with
leasing team and client
- Bridge gaps between leasing, tenant improvement, completion and
occupancy
- Clearly document excellence and insufficiencies regarding the
building/asset including vendors and subcontractors
- Understand and foster the development needs of staff To be
successful in this role, you must have a 2-year degree in business
or real estate and at least 3 years of experience working in real
estate management. You must also have successfully completed 2 real
estate certification designation courses (RPA, CPM, etc.). You will
really stand out if you:
- Have expertise in one or more specialties (ADA, OSHA, Indoor
Air Quality, Real Estate Valuation, etc.)
- Are competent in Microsoft Office Suite & real estate
management software competency
- Understand database functionality Please note that the
compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for
this position only and is provided pursuant to the California Equal
Pay Act for positions located in California. The range may vary
above and below the stated amounts based on a variety of factors
including experience, education, and other job-related reasons.
Salary range: $70,000 - $75,000 per year Positions require
verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S. Must be
