• Country/Region/City Beverly Hills, California, United States Louis Vuitton in the heart of Rodeo Drive is seeking a high-caliber, commercially-minded Asset Protection Manager with a thorough understanding of high-volume risk management.Asset Protection is a critical component of our business. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day protection of store assets, and enforcing asset protection strategies. Your role is essential to combat shrink, increase safety for our clients and employees, and support the store's overall success. You will lead and develop training Asset Protection staff and store team members on strategy.ProfileLeveraging your extensive Asset Protection and leadership skill set, you will act as support to the Store Director, providing consultative partnership to solve challenges related to Asset Protection. Excellent organization and reporting skills are required, in addition to advanced Excel & computer skills. Previous experience with Security/Asset Protection affiliated equipment (C.C.T.V/Alarm Systems) is strongly preferred.Successful candidates will have previously held senior-level Asset Protection Management position(s) and are experienced leading AP functions. Experience across retail or hospitality environment(s) (preferably luxury) is also beneficial. It is essential that you have an expert knowledge of Asset Protection standards and procedures, experience leading investigations (W-Z or CFI Certification strongly preferred), Security Supervision, and have ability to travel and work a flexible schedule.The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $100,000 - $120,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributionsAdditional information Louis Vuitton is a company that respects the uniqueness of each employee and offers everyone the means to find their place and thrive.
