Job Description:

SUMMARY:This position will oversee all service support functions and interface with customers, suppliers, and other departments to provide technical information, research and resolve issues, and analyze/improve product performance. In addition, this position will manage the schedule and performance of the Technical Services Team.SPECIFIC DUTIES:Develops and manages field service network. Creates systems and processes to receive, record and respond to service/installation agents/distributors by establishing common goals, objectives and performance target requirements in order to improve all service and installation for our customers.Must display positive attitude when dealing with customer issues in both phone and email communications Manages and coordinates technical service support staff activities.Manages quality, cost and speed commitments in order to ensure successful completion of service projects.Reports to the QA/RA Director any MDR events.Establishes systems and processes for telephone support that receives and answers incoming calls to troubleshoot equipment issues in order to minimize customer down time and service cost.Establishing and maintaining service data and records within company computer database and tracking systems.Establishes performance measures, goals, objectives and priorities for service support activities.Consults with customers, sales and suppliers in order to improve performance, products and services.Comply with and enforce all policies, procedures and regulations set by the company.Ensures overall adherence to safety policies and procedures.REQUIRMENTS: 4 years of Customer Service and Technical Support 2 years of Management Minimum of 1 year of Contact Center experience Ability to work onsite Monday - Friday Outstanding organizational and time management skillsApproved Salary Ranger: $65,000 - $70,000PDN-993b5d7c-c9f2-4a68-8570-c856e18325c0
