Job Description:

The Sourcing Manager, New Products will own the entire value chain for new products, from inbound product requests from creators to successful delivery of merchandise. Key responsibilities include building & maintaining strong partnerships with best in class vendors, working with our technology team to automate workflows, and optimizing for quality, speed, reliability, and cost. The ideal candidate has a background in sourcing products from Asia and eCommerce experience. Responsibilities:

• Identify vendors for multiple new products, build and maintain relationships with those vendors
• Negotiate prices and MOQs with vendors
• Ensure reliable on-time delivery of high quality merchandise. This includes building processes to enable error-free & timely communication and day to day troubleshooting across the value chain
• Work with internal technology and operations teams to automate and scale workflows for fulfillment of new products
• Identify opportunities to add new products to Fourthwall's catalog Qualifications:
  • Experience in identifying, building relationships with, and sourcing from manufacturers located in Asia
  • E-commerce experience and ability to work with low MOQs and accelerated fulfillment timelines
  • 5+ years of experience and progressively increasing level of responsibility in sourcing/ procurement
  • Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools
  • Proven negotiating skills, influencing abilities and/or business development experience
