founded in 2021 by mission-driven healthcare leaders and
organizations that are committed to drastically improving health
outcomes, quality and experience for vulnerable older adults and
frail seniors. We are an integrated care delivery organization that
specializes in providing personalized care and coverage to older
adults who wish to remain safely living in their homes and
communities for as long as possible, rather than living in a
nursing facility.Our mission is simple: to enable seniors to live
the independent lives they deserve. The primary ways in which we
pursue our mission are through capitated arrangements with
government payers, such as Medicare and Medicaid under the PACE
(Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model, and as a
value-based provider working in partnership with local health
plans.We are building a mission-driven team that shares our passion
for redefining the way older adults experience care as they "age in
place" in the community. This is a unique opportunity to take on

mission across markets.As Director of Learning & Workforce
Development, you will play an integral leadership role in designing
the learning and development strategy for myPlace Health and
enabling our teams to achieve our mission of enabling seniors to
live the independent lives they deserve. You will work closely with
corporate and functional leaders to identify and address training
and development needs, to help improve employee engagement and
satisfaction, and align and improve organizational performance.
Training on the PACE model will be a core component of this role
and you will work with an interdisciplinary team to develop
learning modules that reinforce both our care model and our culture
of regulatory compliance. You will work with leadership to develop
orientation, on-the-job training, mentorship and leadership
development, manager training, and compliance training.Develop and
manage the training and development program for the organization to
reinforce our care model and our culture while also preparing our
associates to advance in their careers
Customize the curriculum to meet the compliance and regulatory
requirement for PACE operations that meet both the CMS and state
criteria
Collaborate with leaders to develop curriculum, coordinate
activities, replicate best practices, and implement consistent on
the job-training for various roles across the organization
Collaborate with organizational "superusers"of our technology
platform to ensure staff are well trained and able to fully utilize
the tools, applications, processes, and resources we offer to our
team
Lead the new hire curriculum to successfully orient new staff to
myPlace Health
Design programs and use communication tools to foster a culture of
learning, such as "lunch and learn" and "train the trainer"
programs
Ensure that diversity, equity and inclusion are at the center of
workforce development strategy, especially in how our teams develop
cultural competencies that allow them to deliver the best care to
the diverse communities we serve
Provide learning opportunities in a variety of formats, including
fully remote, fully in-person, and hybrid
Oversee implementation and ongoing management of the Learning
Management System to assure content is high-quality,
well-organized, and accessible, and learning data is accurate and

Deeply understands best practices and research related to
human-centered learning, training delivery, and curriculum
design
Energized by building from the ground up and bringing structure to
ambiguity
Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Human Resources, Business,
Instructional or Organizational Design, or related field desired,
Master's Degree preferred
5+ years of experience building and leading an interdisciplinary
learning function
Health care delivery experience and supervisory experience
preferred
Strong project management, communication, and writing skills
Demonstrated experience in instructional design, facilitation,
coaching, and program development and implementation
